Technician programming a new water softener in a Mesa garage

Water softener & Reverse Osmosis installation for hard-water homes

Softer water, longer-lasting fixtures

We size and install water softeners tailored to your home and local water hardness—then set them up right. For great-tasting drinking water, add reverse osmosis (RO) at the sink with an optional alkalizer. We also repair and service existing systems to keep everything running smoothly.

Why it matters here

Maricopa County is a hard-water region—plan for it

Hard water leaves white film on glass and fixtures, shortens water-heater life, and can clog aerators and valves. The right softener reduces scale throughout the home, protects appliances, and makes cleaning easier. We measure your hardness on-site and set the system accordingly for Mesa, Scottsdale, and surrounding neighborhoods.

FAQs

Water Softener & Reverse Osmosis FAQs

Q: What size softener do I need?

A: It depends on your measured hardness, occupancy, and water usage. We calculate capacity and set the valve to minimize salt use while keeping water soft.

Q: Do I need Reverse Osmosis if I have a softener?

A: A softener removes hardness minerals; RO reduces dissolved solids for taste and drinking. Many homeowners pair them: softener for the whole home, RO at the kitchen.

Q: Will my outside spigots be softened?

A: Typically no—irrigation and exterior hose bibs stay on hard water to conserve salt and protect plants. We’ll confirm your preference.

Q: How often should I add salt or service the system?

A: Check salt monthly; service intervals vary by usage and water quality. We’ll set a maintenance reminder for your home.

Q: Can you fix my existing softener?

A: Usually—control heads, floats, and resin can often be repaired or replaced. We’ll test, inspect, and recommend the best-value option.
