What we fix
Real problems, real fixes
Many East Valley homes built between the late 1970s and early 1990s were plumbed with copper or galvanized steel that's now reaching the age where pinhole leaks, pressure-related failures, and pipe corrosion become routine. If you're repairing the same pipe every few months, seeing brown water from tap fixtures, or dealing with recurring slab leaks, a full repipe may cost less over a 5-year horizon than continuing to patch failures.
We repipe homes with PEX — a proven, flexible, long-life piping system that resists scale and corrosion better than copper in hard-water markets. Where copper is required or preferred (some HOAs, specific applications), we'll quote that alongside. Every repipe includes a full plan walkthrough before we cut drywall, a clear list of access points that will need patching, pressure testing of every new line, and coordination with drywall repair so your home is put back together properly when we're done.
A typical 3-bathroom repipe takes 3–5 days on site. We keep at least one bathroom and the kitchen usable each night so your household stays functional throughout the project.
